Dear Netflix PR,Netflix Logo

I was very pleased to read your new family/parental leave benefits, but would like you to clarify who this policy applies to.

Earlier this year Virgin revealed a similar, generous maternity/parental policy, but a few news outlets got to the details, and it turned out that the benefits were only available to the management in the United Kingdom and Geneva. It seemed to be a strategic PR move, rather than a true orgnaizagional change.

Kindly specify if this is simply more perks for the already better off, or if this is universal benefit to be enjoyed by all levels of Netflix workers.
